Our Policy


RETURNS

  • If you would like to return an item, please email us at returns@vgici.com and we will send you the returns/exchange form for your use.
  • At this time, all International orders are Final Sale.
  • We will gladly accept returns for any garment that is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Item must be in original condition with all tags and label attached.
  • Any garments returned to us with stains (i.e. make up, markings, etc) or that have a strong odor or have been washed, dry cleaned or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you. Please take extra care when trying on garments for this reason.
  • Return item must be received by our warehouse within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Please remember to indicate whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you would like an exchange, please remember to identify which item and size you would like in exchange.
  • Please obtain and save proof of postage for your return package. If the item gets lost in transit back to us, we may be unable to complete the return.
  • Sale items can only be returned for refund by credit note which can be used for orders at our online store.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not cover shipping costs for returns.
  • Return packages with NO returns form included will cause a delay in processing. If we are able to identify the customer through the packaging, we will only process a credit note.
  • V.GICI reserves the right to deny a return, refund, credit note or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our policy requirements once assessed.

Return Instructions:

  1. On your returns form, please indicate which item you wish to return and list the reasons for return.
  2. Please securely pack the merchandise and return form in a mailing box or envelope (or in the original package if possible).
  3. Place the shipping label on the outside of the package. Please note, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, any shipping charge paid by you is non-refundable.
  4. Mail return package to the address provided on the form.
 

Refunds will be issued towards the original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days from receiving the return items for your refund to be processed. Please note, bank processing times may vary and we are unable to influence the time your bank may take to process your refund.

 

EXCHANGES

  • You may alternatively choose to return your item for refund, and then purchase the new item.

 

SALE ITEMS

Sale items may only be returned for refund by online store credit.

LATE RETURNS

U.S. - Please be sure to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept late returns and the item may be returned to you.

OUR RETURN POLICY

Any merchandise should be returned to us new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all garment tags and labels still attached. Returns that are damaged, altered or show any sign of wear may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, please contact returns@vgici.com prior to mailing any return.


INSURANCE

We insure each package of merchandise during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to the customer. We require a signature for all deliveries, at which point the responsibility for the purchased items is passed on to whomever signs for the package.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Please be mindful of confirming that your shipping address is correct before placing your order, as we are unable to redirect orders once they are in transit.
  • Please allow a 24-hour period from the time you have placed your order for your items to be processed and dispatched.
  • Before we can dispatch your package, we may need to confirm details with your card issuer; however, we will always do our best to keep delays at a minimum.
If you would like to cancel or change an order, please email us immediately at customercare@vgici.com. While we will enforce our efforts to make the change/cancellation; however we cannot guarantee these changes will be made if the order has already processed.
